Which payment methods can be used to buy online tickets?
The payment methods that can be used to buy an online ticket are: payment card (MasterCard, Visa or Carte Bleue). However, at our on-site ticket desk, we accept the following payment methods: cash, Carte Bleue payment card, cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers and UP culture vouchers.
What are the payment security guarantees?
To ensure the security of online ticket purchases, the Vaisseau uses a secure payment site, "PayZen". The site is equipped with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer - and 3D Secure) cryptographic protocol and the new "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard securecode" card payment authentication control standards to prevent fraudulent third-party use of your payment card.
I am a universal credit beneficiary, person with disabilities or eligible for a concession (CNAS, CEZAM cardholder, etc.), how can I get a discount?
To be able to benefit from special rates, the requisite ID documents must be shown at the Vaisseau ticket desk.
Can I offer Vaisseau admission tickets as a gift?
As tickets are not nominative, they may be given to other people. If you would like to offer tickets for the Vaisseau, why not get a gift voucher?
What can I access with a Vaisseau admission ticket?
The admission ticket gives access to all of the permanent exhibitions, the 2D/3D film and the Open workshop.
I'm coming with my child. Do I also need to buy an admission ticket?
Yes! Everyone visiting our exhibitions must get an admission ticket. You can find all of our rates on our "Prices" page.
Do I need to book a time slot for my visit?
No! There are no time slots for visits. Your ticket is valid all day, from 10.00 to 18.00.
Can I leave the premises then come back on the same day, with the same ticket?
No! You will have to buy a new ticket if you wish to come back after leaving the premises.
Can I show my ticket on my smartphone?
Yes! If you buy your tickets online, you do not need to print them, but can show them on your smartphone.
How long does a full visit of the Vaisseau take?
We recommend allowing 2 to 3 hours for your visit. However, this is just an indication, and you are welcome to stay as long as you like, to explore a maximum of exhibits. The Vaisseau stays open until 18.00.
Is it possible for an unaccompanied child to visit the Vaisseau?
Children aged 10 and over may visit the Vaisseau alone. Any child under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
